Hi all,

Need help in setting up group policies in an NT4 server.
All I want to do is just set restrictions to a specific
domain user account. I'm pretty clued in on how to do
this on win2k (create OU's and set the policies) but I've
got no idea how to do it on a winnt server. This is what
I've tried so far:

1. Launched system policy editor from the server
2. file - new policy
3. added the user account I want to set the policy on
then set the policies (i.e. No run command)
4. saved the policy as test.pol in the c drive.

Thing is, when I log in as that user on the domain, the
policies are not applying.

Thanks!

You must save the policy as ntconfig.pol and put in the the netlogon folder
on the server. Have a look at the following articles for help...
