I have a Zalmen Cu7000 for about 2 years now. Very pleased with it. It's whisper silent and cools very well. About 34 °C idle on a AMD XP 2800+ and 40°C at high load.

This cooler sucks a lot of dust, so (it's big, that's why):
1. Try to keep your computer surrounding dirt free
2. Have a case that has dustfilters

Important: make sure that this cooler fits your motherboard. You can verify on Zalman's site. It didn't fit my board, and I had to do some cunning dangerous stunts to make it fit. So, better make sure... :-)

Hope that helps.

greets,

B.
