I picked up a copy of NT Server 4 with SP6a. I want to dual boot with XP
Pro. If I hide the server partition from the XP partition should it take
care of the problem with NT 4 not being able to read NTFS for XP. I'm
speculating XP will not be able to upgrade a partition in NT 4 NTFS if it
can't see it, and NT Server 4 should not be able to mess with the xp
partitions if it can't understand them.

You can install NT4 & XP on a PC.
1st. Dual Boot meaning NT4 on one partition and XP on an other.
2nd NT4SP4+ can read/write NTFS3 (Windows 2000/XP/2003) but can't handle
Disk Quotas; Mount Disk (folder -> disk) and is unable to read EFS.
3rd. install NT
4rd install XP
should not be a problem because I'm running NT4 Server and Svr2003
