Disconnect all power. Set the CMOS jumper to CLEAR and
wait a few minutes, then return the jumper to NORMAL.
Resetup the BIOS settings.
If the problem doesn't go away either:
1) Replace the CMOS battery with a new one.
2) Recreate the Boot record or MBR or recopy the NTLDR
(you can check this by using a Windows NT formatted boot
diskette, if the machine boots from the floppy it's a
corrupted boot record, MBR, or NTLDR file on the hard
drive.)
3) Remove systematically PCI cards and other devices which
may be causing a DMI resource conflict or are not
functioning.
