Is there a limit on the size of the SCSI hard drive that
NT4.0 will support? I need to add a second SCSI drive.
Can I add a 37Gb drive?

As long as your drive controller and controller driver support it yes.

The IDE translation limits on size affect only IDE drives
(as they use NT's IDE port driver). SCSI drivers aren't
affected.
