Internal Cooler

Hi, Just sign'd up to the fourms, been reading Tom's Hardware for a while now. I thought this would be the best place to come and ask this.

I'm trying to find a Internal Watercooler that will provide the best cooling possible (but within a reasonable noise level) for a 4000+ and a 7800GTX. Was woundering if anyone had any recomendations.
