I have a Athlon 3200 running at 2.2g

I am concerned that that tempreture is to high. Most people get 3000's to at least 2.5g and there running at 25-30c

Any tips on lowerin my tempreture? I have the stock heatsink fan and a fan on on the side of my case.

Heres a SS of the Nvidia monitor to help.

I don't remember any 939 3200+ running at 2.2GHz.. only 754 3200 are at 2.2 GHz.. 939 3200= are at 2.0Ghz. 3500+ are at 2.2 Ghz..

And I would say don't care about your temp.. no problem below 60 degrees ..

A system temp of 37c is where you should start to look.
Try putting that side fan on the back, with it blowing out.
See what happens if you take the side off.
It's not that your temps are that bad, if you are running F@H for 100% cpu usage, but with only a 10% OC? I am getting about the same temps at 2.5, with F@H running. My system temps are around 30c

Prescott users would kill to have that tempeature at idle ...
It can be a possiblity with this mod http://overclockers.com/tips1187/

I myself own a s754 A64 3000... used to idle around 45C +/- and up to like 55C+/- 100% load...
With the duct mod, I managed to push idling temps down around 23-26C (@2ghz) and load temps around 35C +/-

All thats needed is an existing casefan 80mm+ in the back and some free cardboard/cereal boxes etc... or if you really want to go hardcore... buy some thin acrylic sheets...
