Windows wont start

So i got a dell xps 400. Last week i did some up grades with a new processor ram and video card all within capable specs of the system. was working fine then yesterday i spent 5 hours playing on it and now the windows system wont start. Ran a repair and nothing. Currently runing a utility check of the hardware but wont know results tell i get off duty. Last check there were no viruses and the regestry was keep clean and in check. no spamware or adware either.

Question anyone know what the problem might be?

never mind... just redid my system. the os was gone couldnt recover it or take back to last known good.
