Help with my ATI X700 card

Hi,

I had just put in a ATI X700 Video Card (AGP) in my computer for 24 hours it worked like a charm but when i booted it up the next day i got a white screen with lines and odd looking symbols and would not let me reset i unplggued my computer and plugged it back in and it wont even post and I get a blank screen does anyone have any thoughts?

have you tried taking the card out and putting it back in?

Yes, i have tried that and the same result happends.
