i have a ecs 848p-a with a p-4 3gigchip
when i turn on the computer on it goes through the start up but when it is supposed to start windows it restarts over and over

My k7vta3 started doing that about a week ago. I changed out the power supply, and got it to work for about 3 days. But now it is blank, nothing won't post, so I am not sure it was the power supply or the motherboard. But you can try the power supply and see what happens.

Get a boot disk and try that. If it boots properly then your O/S is corrupted
