I have a bunch of boxes I need to upgrade from NT 4.0 SP6a to Win 2k Adv
Server SP4. What is the quickest way to do this? The box has 4 x 450mhz
Pentium PII processors and 3gb of ram. Is it possible to even do this on the
same box - production box - without scrubbing the drive and reinstalling the
OS and all the apps and customizations and all that? (major hassle)

Thanks!! I'm desperate.

You should be able to upgrade no probs. I would make sure you run
chkdsk, defrag etc, and have a full backup of your system just in case
it goes wrong.

There’s no real easy way to upgrade more than one box. Just insert
the CD whilst in NT, and choose upgrade.
