How much will this overclock?

I just today bought a DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D board the non SLi one cause im not going to spend 1g on video cards.
I was wondering How much i will be able to overclock all this? I sold my 6800gt on ebay and got this new setup below:

Thermaltake Armor
OCZ ModStream 520W
Winchester A64 939 3000+ (lapped with 2000 sand paper)
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D
WD 200gig
OCZ 2x512 PC3200 Gold Series 2-2-2-5
MSI 6200 TC16 128mb (yes... i know, Im ocing the shit outa this card im buying 7800gt in feb or march i just need a cheap pcie card for now)
Zalman 130mm pure copper for cpu + AS5

I dont know if that 6200 is gona effect my plan of 2.4ghz on my 3000+ cause it uses some system ram. Any suggestions would be great on what settings to use on this mobo cause its a pretty uber board ive never owned one with that much settings to mess with. Another thing will my ram do 1-2-2-5?

As long as you can lock the PCI-E clock (and you should be able to) it shouldn't affect your OC unless timings get thrown off for some strange reason.

Don't think anything does better than CAS2. 8O Does your motherboard have the option? I don't think I've seen one that does.... Unless you're listing your timings in a funny order of course.

There is some RAM that is supposed to be able to do CAS1, but I don't know of any mobos that have a 1 setting... (haven't looked either) Was it Geil One (the RAM that is)? Not sure, just remember seeing a blurb on it in the fall.

Ya i know what im talking about, The DFI lanparty ut ultra-d nforce4 board will do 1-1-1-1 timings if you got uber enough ram.

I got my board from newegg the other day and got it running
1.5-2-2-2 @3v
And cpu running 2.0ghz
ATi brand X1800XL @ 575/1150
