For grins I am attempting to install NT in a new computer that has multiple
partitions. There is a DVD and an 80G SATA drive.

During setup the system is not recognizing the dvd and terminates the
install. I would be surprised if the SATA would be recognized either.

To the question: Is there any rather simple workaround for this situation,
or, is yet another expensive purchase of MS software heading to the landfill.
