Delay on Logon

Hello Guru's,


I am running Windows 2000 Advanced server SP4. I
have enabled the terminal services service and licences. When users log on
they experience a blank desktop ( No start bar just a background ) and in
about 20 seconds they get there desktop.

Have you checked the EventLog?
What's the size of their profiles? Have you excluded Temporary
Internet Files from roaming with the profile?
