What can cause that Printspooler service keeps closing
after starting, it just stopped one day and nothing has
been installed to create an conflict.

The RPC Spooler has been started and are running working
fine.

3th party printer drivers have a nasty habit of causing the print
spooler to crash.
If you have installed any printer drivers, uninstall them completely
and map those printers to a native Windows printer driver, using a
custom inf file.
