Need help buying and setting up HDD's

Im in the process in building a gaming machine and i wanted to know your guys setups to help me set up mines. Im thinking of buy a 7200rpm 120gb segate and a 80gb version. Is this good because i want to keep my os and music/aplications on the 120 and put all my games on the 80. But im not sure if I partition or what (really confused to find a good setup), so please give me your opinions and responses

As you can find decent 200-250GB 7200/16M cache ATA drives on sale for about $59 (CompUSA), why get two drives at all?

(Yes, you can partition it during the Windows install if you desire...)
