Printing In terminal services

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsnt.terminalserver.misc (More info?)

When a user logs on to terminal server I find that they can only print to
the local printers if they are members of the Administrator group for the
server.
There must be something that I am missing within the policy or something lke
that.

Can anyone point me in the right direction
