Is it possible to map a USB device over a RDP?

there is for Serial but none for USB?

Is there any way to do so?

No, USB redirection is not supported (other than for a USB connected
printer or file system - USB flash memory).

Hi Vera,
what about the following article?
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/WindowsServ/2003/all/deployguide/en-us/Default.asp?url=/resources/documentation/WindowsServ/2003/all/deployguide/en-us/sdcce_term_ppxp.asp

As far as I know, this is *not* true.
I think the confusion arises from the fact that *some* devices
work when connected to the client USB port: USB memory sticks,
because they will be see as a local file system, and USB printers,
because they will be seen as local printers.
