DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors on SLI Premium install?

Hi all.....

Anyone have to fight these on a clean install, Win XP Pro, with this motherboard??

All errors occur after initial install, of XP, then DX9, then SP2, then nVidia drivers, but BEFORE any Win update visit.....

STOP errors include:

tcpip.sys
NVTcp.sys
HTTP.sys

Im using the newest vVidia nForce chipset driver from the nVidia web site. Anyone have any trouble with these?

I'm thinking of just using the newest versions from the ASUS website....

Yes, it's a common problem, try raising your memory voltage to 2.8v.
