Ive used cpu-z and see various numbers and letters on different types of ram to buy at newegg.com. Which thing do i need to look at that means the ram will work on my computer?
Ex. I see type, speed, registered, and other options in the search engine. Is it only the type that i should match?
EDIT:When i look at the slots using cpu-z both of them say DDR-SDRam. Does that mean i have to buy DDR-SDRam for it to work?
Also, i see after every memory of DDR-SDRam it says (pc 3200)
But, my Memory specification compliance according to cnet.com is pc2700, do those have to match for the ram to work?
