Notification of product status

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

I have approved an extension of my service. Why do I
still get the notification on my screen. (about 2 weeks
now)

    What service? We are supposed to guess at whatever you are asking
    about? No thanks. This isn't a venue for you to get freebie technical
    support from Microsoft. Microsoft operates the msnews.microsoft.com
    news servers but they don't work here. This is a peer community of
    volunteers. If you want help from us, tell us what you are talking
    about. However, we can't help you with any service that you purchased
    from Microsoft or anyone else. You'll need to talk to whomever you
    contracted the service to report your problem. Obvioulsy you paid them
    for something so follow the money to determine how to contact whomever
    regarding what you paid for.
