I have a couple of 512Mb Corsair Valueram mems running 2.5-3-3-8@2T, but I have managed to get them stable to 2-3-2-5@1T, how much does the latency have to do with memory lifespan? Also I wanted to know how much OC do these kind of products tolerate

I do not think any noticable... Heat and voltage are the killers...
