The computer won't shut down, even if I use the on/off switch, and so I had to unplug it. When I plugged it back in it turns it's self on and still will not shut down. The moniter doesn't help because the only way I had of making it work is rebooting the computer... Help? :?

If you press continously for about 4 seconds the on/off switch it should turn off your computer. Otherwise go in the Bios to the Power section and change it the way you like it.
You may need to change the power switch. Sounds like it may be stuck.

try the power supply switch on the back of the computer to turn it off.
