need help with a new comp desing

lookin to build a new comp, i have a nice one but its the familys so i cant really play around with the settings, so any advice for cpu and mobo and grapics all for gaming, nothing but gaming, looking to spend under 800 if possible and water would be ncie but not nesscery, lookin at amd 64 3800+ but not sure on graphics or ram, so any help would be nice

ya with a psu im at 710, i have a old case, not to much cooling but i can easily change that with some drills and a lil time, so ill go wit that, and thanks for ur help
