Hello everybody,

We have a client using TS on Win2K . They have a batch of HP LJ1012 printers
.. In some applications developped with PowerBuilder, some reports printed
out with an abnormal very small font .
I would like to know your suggestion where to check for this problem ? Is
there any generic driver that can fix this ?

Thanks a lot

The HP LJ 1012 is not supported at all under TS.
Documented here:

Products - HP Printers Supported in Citrix MetaFrame Presentation and
Terminal Server Environments

Thanks Vera,

Is there any workaround like changing a generic driver ? Our client has a
lot of this modele,
it's not easy to tell them to change the whole batch . Other applications
work fine, only one
that prints with small font

I have seen the document, and i'm crazying when seeing another document
linked from your website
that points to Citrix website, in this document it says YES
http://knowledgebase.citrix.com/kb/entry.jspa?externalID=CTX102356

:-(

Yes, that's frustrating.
The web document is more recent, from August 2005, while the Citrix
document is from February 2005.
They must have changed it between these. This particular entry is
the only one that says: Supported: "No", and still lists a driver
version.
All other unsupported models say: Supported: "Not supported" and
list "N/A" under "Driver version". Seems like a quick and sloppy
change.
I don't know if you can get better results with another driver.
