I would like to create a flight plan for a sim flight from, say, Heathrow to
Sydney via Singapore.
What would be a realistic routing/flightplan and what would be typical
waypoints for such a long leg?
Would there be political considerations such as overflying sensitive
territories, or is it all just VOR to VOR in the shortest possible routing?
Is there any source for obtaining commercial routings used by the airlines?
Any advice appreciated.
John Slevin.

Thanks for the above sites but neither appear to have ICAO codes for
Australian airports in their databases.
John.
