Nice site, thanks for having me!

Allrigh, I allready have a Thermeltake Tsunami Case, Antec Neopower 480W, and my Lighton DVD burners that I will be reusing with the following items.

Motherboard: Asus A8N32-sli deluxe
CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+
Ram: Patriot 2GB(2 X 1GB)
Video: EVGA Geforce 7800GT
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 160GB (X2 in raid)

I want to stay under $1500 for CPU,RAM,Videocard,HDD,Motherboard
Any recomendations over what I have here.

My main intent is for moderate gaming and something that will be able to run most software for the next 3+ years.

FYI: This will be my first build.

Thanks in advance

Fishmahn;'s standard first question: Why SLI mobo if you're not getting 2 video cards? If you think you'll do it later - say in a year - a year after 6800GT came out 7800GT outperforms 2x6800GT in SLI for less money. I expect it to happen next year (well, later this year) with the next generation. Your choice.

Moderate gaming? 7800GT is a little more than a 'moderate' gaming card :p - but that's not a bad thing as it will have longevity.

I would try to upgrade the CPU a little more, or overclock it in which case I'd get a socket 939 Opteron.
