OCing a Sempron 3000+//AGP/PCI Multi

Since there isn't a way to change the CPU Multiplier from the BIOS I plan on changing the FSB to 240, so 240*9=2160, changing DDR400-DDR366, so
(166/200)*2*240=398,4mhz BUT, I DONT KNOW what are the pci/agp multipliers on this board (the BIOS doesn't show these values, therefore, they can't be modified from there), so, is there a way to know these values (any utilities?)?
