Hi there,

I have a message on my Outlook2003 stating that the application has started
with an error the last time and askes the user to chose either safe or
standard mode (sorry for maybe the wrong translation, but we are running the
German version, but I didn't find a German Newsgroup...)

The problem is that the performance of Outlook lacks and I don't see a
possibility to get rid of this message that is confuding everybody and I
guess some users start in safe mode and then complain :-(

Is there any possibilty to delete the entry somewhere which is the base for
this message?

A restart of the system unfortunately didn't bring any change.

Thanks for your help!

Dirk

Article is about Outlook 2000, but I think the issue is the same:

319517 - You receive an error message when you use Outlook 2002 on
Windows 2000 Terminal Services

Hi Vera!

was a good hint!

But in Offoce2003 you need to delete the "Resiliency" Key in the HKCurrent
User as well, than it works just fine!

Thanks for your quick help
