I can't use my usb2.0 from my gigaybte ga-k8nxp-sli motherboard. I have a copie of windows xp pro so when I try to install spa1 from microsoft, it's says I have an illegal copie of windows.

Is there any solution to get those usb's working?

You need a clean install and better cdkey not just to fix up the USB2 prolem, but for all your other problems as well.
How can I get this clean install without buying a complete new version of windows?

You can use windows 64 bit xp pro or 2003 server edition in either 32 or 64 bit versions for 180 days free simply by registering with microsoft. That will give you time to save for a legit copy of xp.
