NEED ADVICE ABOUT UPGRADE PLAN

I have computer and i'm planning to upgrade it. But I have too many option and I can't find what's the best.I've got $600 to upgrade my computer. BTW this my specs

Intel Pentium 4 3.20 GHZ Prescott
Asus P5P800
Digital Alliance fx 5700 LE
DDR-SDRAM V-GEN 512MBX2 PC-3200
SEAGATE 120 GB SATA
ASUS CD-RW
LITE-ON DVD-ROM
PSU COLDEGAN 480 WATT
ALTEC LANSING 2.1
STANDARD KEYBOARD AND MOUSE
VIEWSONIC E-72F+

And I have planned this:

Where should i choose?

How about an option 3:

6800GT (AGP) or top X8xx card (X850XT? - not sure).
Save the remaining 400 and add to it for when the 6800 becomes not enough so you get whole new system then.

Not too much different from your options - just avoids a RAM/Mobo update that isn't technically necessary since the class of video card you've chosen to upgrade to is still available in AGP. If you want to do that upgrade, get a PCI-E mobo (I like the Asus, but Abit is good too) and get a 7800GT - at least you're changing mobo's for a performance reason.
