Autoexec.bat been deleted every boot.

Background:

Windows 2000 Server Domain,
On Windows 98 Client the file autoexec.bat been deleted
every time the system starts, i need this file because it
loads local language settings the is critical for DOS
programs.

Any Ideas ?
