About windows Xp is it dead? 32bit vs 64bit
How long my 32bit CPU will last?
6600Gt 128MB is now considered to be low-end?

yah!!! too poor, about d 64bit coming, what are the benifits I could get in gaming? I still have 32bit dat sucks.. at socket 478

No real gain from 64 bits right now. If your system sucks, it is likely because of poor CPU or poor RAM performance. The 6600gt and Windows XP are still up to the task.

Unless you're using Windows XP 64-bit edition with Far Cry of Half-Life2.

XP 64 is broken and still lacks driver support and bunch of other things.

Linux x86_64 runs great and is very fast, however it does not run windows games unless you use WINE or a similar tool OR there is a native Linux version of the game, like Quake :D and others.
