HELP... Which memory is suitable for P4 630 3GHz w/ 955 chip

Hi,

I'm going to set up a new PC and would like P4 630 3GHz 800MHz FSB , with 955 chipset Motherboard.
The question is I dont know whether to choose DDR2 533 or DDR2 667 for this system.

As I know the speed of RAM should somehow match the FSB of CPU.
Would it be benefit for using DDR2 667? or It should be better to use DDR2 400 to match the FSB of the CPU ?

DDR2 667 would be best. and is officially supported.

DDR2 675 should work but is not officially supported.
