Antec TruePower Blue 480

I've got a couple of questions about the Antec TPII 480 Blue. CompUSA has this with a $50 rebate through tomorrow.

First, are TruePower's still a decent PSU? Also, will this PSU take me through my next upgrade in a year or so with a next gen AMD M2? Or is this still not known?

TruePowers kick ass at great prices...one of the best values.
I have a 3 yr old 430 watt powering a Prescott 3200, X800XT-PE, TV card, 3 HD's and 2gig RAM going strong and a month old TP 550watt. Quiet also.
