1. Does anyone know the name of the aircraft built and flown by the
designer that has one long wing with a propeller engine on and a shorter
wing the other side of the cabin(which also has a propeller on the nose)?

2. Do you also know if there is a MS 2004 download of this aircraft?

The aircraft you describe sounds similar to the Blom and Voss BV 141,
although the BV 141 only had a single engine.
