Are you connecting to a Windows 2000 Terminal Server?
User must have the user right to "Log On Locally" to the Terminal
Server.
If you connect to a Windows 2003 Terminal Server, make sure that you
users are members of the built-in user group Remote Desktop Users on
the server.
