This might belong in the Hard Drive forum..

I like the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra mobo but have one question about what type hard drive I can use with it.

I like the Maxtor DiamondMax10 hd, but I'm confused by the three different types available, click here to go to the newegg search (or look below).

They are all the same, except one part, which is the cables used to connect it to the mobo (right?)

Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6V250F0 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6L250R0 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA133 Hard Drive - OEM
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 6L250S0 250GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM

So, which can or can't I use, and which would be best? Thanks!

You can use any of those hard drives as that board can accomodate any of those interfaces. But I'd take the Seagate ST3250823AS.
