Here's the setup:

I have a laptop that dials freeserve ISP. I then connect to a Netgear
FVS318 (which is in our office) via the Netgear Prosafe VPN client
software. This works fine I can ping anything on the office network
form the laptop. But i can't ping the laptop from the office, using
the Internal Network IP Address specified on the VPN software.

What I am trying to do is this:

My documents has been given a path on one our servers, so when the VPN
is connected I want MY docs to syc with the office my docs. But it
cant seem to find the server. I can ping the server either with the IP
address or the name. But i cant ping the laptop from the server. Is
this the reason the laptop cant syc with the server. If so how do you
fix it?
