Possible PSU problem need help!

Ok on speen fan and the asus probe are showing that my 12v rail is only provideing 11.55v, vcore: 1.65, 3.3v: 3.41, Vcc: 5.15, and 5Vsb: 5.09 vin2 and vbat are at 0

I feel a lot of heat comeing off the exhaust fan for this psu could this be an inpending failure comeing? room temp 65F

spec's

asus a8v deluxe
Amd 64 3k
1gig geil ram ddr 400
2 sata HDD's in raid on promise controller
5 fans total
thermaltake 480w PSU ( no active PFC ) pluged into a UPS xs 800 back up!

system is used for a server only. And everything is at stock speeds no OC!

going to do a back up of the OS and everthing on just in case :?

ok read the sticky on problems with psu's

downloaded mbm 5
with mbm5, and asus probe plus speed fan, all voltages dropped past the 5% tolance. heance the psu is going to be a toaster soon. :x shuting down the server going to order new Psu before it makes a molten mess of it
