[SOLVED] Someone please help!

I really need someones help fast! I had windows 7 installed and decided that I wanted to try mac osx so i installed iatkos using a guide and mix of guides. I messed around with the terminal and command prompt and now windows 7 wont boot andf neither will mac osx. i start up my computer and it tells me to press enter to go to boot menu. so i do. now it gives me the option of windows 7 (doesnt work) or mac osx which brings me bacj to the asus starting screen that back to the press enter for boot options. Is there any other option than to seinstall windows 7? I dont have a factory reinstall of my computer but i do have a windows 7 recovery disk (says i have no os) someone help please!!!

are you able to boot into safemode in windows? or did you change anything in the BIOS when you were installing OS X?
