Picking the right parts for my notebook

I'm planning to buy notebook but ders some lil problem
how much the 9200 64MB Video card?
I want my system run in AMD but i only have $160 budget for cpu.
7200RPM hard drive or cheaper 5400RPM?
I'm going to use it 4 school, some movies, some net surfing, more games, musics

With so many qualty notebooks out there on sale for between $499 and $899, I would *never* be able to assemble one for a similarly reasonable price....
