Windows 2003 SP1 Terminal Server

We're using Thin Clients to connect and the users can save us a local USB
drive which is available in the TS session however is there a way to hide
the local C: drive in the TS session? Users tend to try and save there so
once they log off the file is gone. (We're trying to train them but it's not
always an easy job)

Sure. Use a GPO to do this:

User Configuration - Administrative templates - Windows components
- Windows Explorer
"Hide these specified drives in My Computer"

Make sure to use loopback processing of the GPO with the Replace
option, otherwise you will be hiding the local C: drive on
workstations as well.
