Memory ??

I have amd 64 3000. 1 gig of patriot signature line pc3200 dual channel.
in a epox 939 mobo. I have my cpu oc'd at 2.4 gigs and the memory at 440mhz. prime95 said everthing is fine. it runs great! but will it hurt it any?
should I back off the oc till my memory is back down to 400mhz?

I have been running an oced xp2300 and a gforce 6 for a few years now ocing dont hurt a thing if the cooling is good. My last computer was oc as well and it sill works fine its been 5 years for that system.
