Does it's possible to install TSE Server on XP Pro, if yes where i can found
or download this service ?

No, this is not possible.
Remote Desktop for Administration is already build-in, enable it in
Control Panel - System - Remote

What you can do is download WinConnect XP Server from
http://www.thinsoftinc.com. This turns an XP Pro into a Terminal Server. Not
supported by Microsoft at all and you must have XP Pro licenses for each
client connecting.
