Optimum Setting for ECS N2U400A

I am told ECS is not set up for overclocking not that I am qualified but is there a setting I can use to optimize my system?

I think I am running with the default 100 front sidebus or something like that. I don't want to crash the system but a little tweaking would be nice.

The sempron setting is 166, which should work fine with your memory.
