When trying to install Printshop 20 I get a message that
says Windows file missing please insert Windows install
disk (did not come with new computer)and when I click it
off another message says that I need to install iis 4.0
or newer. What is iis 4.0 and why would I suddenly need
to install it?

Hi Norris,

IIS is Internet Information Services, use for hosting web sites. No idea why
you would need it for installing Printshop unless there is an optional
component you are installing that requires it. For your Windows files, you
may need to point it to the I386 directory, frequently found in preinstalled
machines under C:\Windows (you may need to set folder option so that you can
see hidden and system files to locate it).
