Printbanner on Ricoh Aficio 650

Hi

I have a Ricoh Aficio 650 printer and copy machine. When I print a
document to the Aficio 650 printer I get a banner printed before the
document. The bannerpage tells me the name of the document, user and
printserver. I dont like this page, I wish to remove it. How can I do
that? I have looked on Operation panel on the printer and the drivers
but I can't find it.
