my sys: amd x2 3800+, msi k8n sli platinum, leadtek gf7800gt, wd200gb & wd 250gb sata and im currently running 2x512 ddr 400 corsair c2pt at 2.5-3-3.5 will i get a noticeable speed increase if i get 2x512 ddr400 corsair xlpt at 2.2.2.5

nothing "noticable". you wouldn't see anything worth the cost of getting new RAM anyway
