A TS server that has been working for over a year has stopped accepting
client connections. The error is ID 1008: The terminal server licensing grace
period has expired and the service has not registered with a license server
with installed licenses.

There are other TS talking to the TSL without problems. I have tried
changing the DefaultLicenseServer from name to IP but still no luck.
